分析了曲轴动力学分析的基本理论,根据实际情况建立了合理的曲轴有限元模型,进行了模态分析,获得了曲轴前6阶固有频率和振型,进行了曲轴的瞬态动力学分析,获得了曲轴前端、后端的角位移和应力随曲轴转速的变化规律,为曲轴的设计、制造和维护提供了有利的理论依据。
The basic theory of crankshaft dynamic analysis is analyzed. Based on the actual situation, a reasonable finite element model of crankshaft is established, modal analysis is performed, the first six natural frequencies and modes of the crankshaft are obtained, and the transient dynamic analysis of crankshaft is carried out. The variation rules of crankshaft front-end and rear-end angular displacement and stress with crankshaft rotation speed were obtained, which provided a favorable theoretical basis for the design, manufacture and maintenance of crankshaft.
