为实现大尺寸涡轮叶片的快速精密铸造,研究了基于数控加工技术的大尺寸涡轮叶片精铸蜡型快速制备技术。在分析精铸蜡型结构特点的基础上,提出了数控加工工艺方案;通过设计基础切削实验,对加工工艺参数进行优化;以所得样件截面线轮廓度误差为评价准则,研究精铸蜡型精度评估方法,以实现数控加工蜡型的快速测量评估。最后,以某型精铸蜡型为例,对研究方法进行实例验证。结果表明,所提方法可在保证蜡型精度的前提下缩短精铸蜡型制备周期。
In order to achieve the rapid precision casting of large-size turbine blades, the rapid casting technology of large-sized turbine blades based on CNC machining technology was studied. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the wax casting structure, the numerical control processing scheme is put forward. Through the design of the basic cutting experiment, the processing parameters are optimized. Based on the evaluation of the profiles profile error, Accuracy assessment method to achieve rapid measurement and evaluation of wax processing CNC machining. Finally, taking a type of wax casting as an example, the research method is verified by examples. The results show that the proposed method can shorten the casting wax preparation cycle under the premise of ensuring wax type accuracy.
