德国GETRAC型无砟轨道是将轨排直接置于沥青层支承层上的轨道结构,以耐久性和经济性原则为设计基础。对GETRAC型无砟轨道结构、特点、应用效果的分析表明,它施工方便,稳定性好,使用寿命长,几乎不需维护。针对汉诺威—柏林高速铁路铺设的GETRAC型无砟轨道的运营条件、线路质量状态、轨道几何状态进行了分析和评价,并为评估其结构适应性进行了系列测试与技术分析。该型无砟轨道的钢轨置于预应力轨枕上,保证了钢轨支撑位置精度,通过轨排与沥青层的弹性连接,保持了轨道几何形状,稳定性满足要求。
The German GETRAC ballastless track is a rail structure that places the track rail directly on the bearing layer of the asphalt layer and is designed on the basis of the principles of durability and economy. The analysis of GETRAC ballastless track structure, characteristics and application results shows that it has the advantages of convenient construction, good stability, long service life and almost no maintenance. The operating conditions, line quality status and orbital geometry of the GETRAC type ballastless track laid by the Hannover-Berlin high-speed railway were analyzed and evaluated, and a series of tests and technical analyzes were carried out to evaluate the structural adaptability. This type of ballastless track rail placed on the prestressed sleeper, to ensure the accuracy of rail support position, rail layer and asphalt layer by elastic connection, maintain the track geometry, the stability to meet the requirements.
