房地产开发是指在依法取得国有土地使用权的土地上进行基础设施、房屋建设的行为,属于房地产生产、流通、消费诸环节中的首要环节,是房地产产业发展的前提。本文从2000年到2014年的内资、港澳台资和外资房地产开发企业数量以及总量的统计资料入手,运用统计学统计资料整理、分析方法,从经济学实证分析角度,研究房地产开发企业的数量随时间的变化,以及各种类型企业数量比例变化,并分析该现象产生的原因,最后适当对未来各种类型的房地产开发商数量的变化趋势做出预测。
Real estate development refers to the act of obtaining infrastructure and housing construction on land that legally obtains the right to use state-owned land. It belongs to the primary link in the production, circulation and consumption of real estate and is a prerequisite for the development of the real estate industry. This article starts with the statistical data of domestic and Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan-funded and foreign-funded real estate development enterprises from 2000 to 2014.
