本文概要介绍了前苏联提出的将不同工艺与技术有效地联合起来对矿产资源实行综合开发的新方法,即露天—地下联合采矿法。结合中小矿山实际状况,提出了地方中小矿山在露天转地下开采过程中具体应用的可行性及建议。 This article outlines a new method proposed by the former Soviet Union to effectively combine different technologies and technologies for the comprehensive development of mineral resources, namely the open-and-underground combined mining method. Combining with the actual conditions of small and medium-sized mines, the feasibility and recommendations for the specific application of local small and medium-sized mines in the process of converting from open pit to underground mining are put forward.
