选用两个早籼不育系(A):野败质源的V20A和印尼水田谷6号质源的珍鼎28A及其保持系(B)、6个恢复系(R)和一个美国早籼品种兰贝利(V)(Blue Belle)为亲本,配制包括A/B,A/R(V),B/R(V),R(V)/B在内的组合72个。研究表明:该两个不育系(保持系)中控制抽穗期的主基因存在差异;不同恢复系(品种)中的主基因也可能不相同;这两种细胞质对杂交水稻F_1抽穗期的影响均不明显。
