目的探讨济南地区普通成年女性体成分对肺通气功能的影响。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,在济南地区抽取20个社区(自然村)657例25~75岁健康成年女性,进行体成分相关指标体脂百分比(BF%)、脂肪体质量指数(FM I)、去脂体质量指数(FFM I)和肺通气功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1.0)、峰流速(PEF)、一秒率(FEV1.0/FVC)的测定,按年龄、BF%(15%≤BF%<25%为体质量正常、25%≤BF%<30%为超重、BF%≥30%为肥胖)、FFM和FFM I的四分位数(分为Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4 4组)进行分组,采用方差分析、t检验、偏相关分析等统计方法分析肺功能和体成分指标的关系。结果以BF%分组比较,FEV1.0、FVC和PEF正常组>超重组>肥胖组(P<0.01),FEV1.0/FVC正常组>超重组和肥胖组(P均<0.01);以FM I的四分位数分组比较,FEV1.0、FVC和PEF均为Q1组>Q2组>Q3组>Q4组(P<0.05),FEV1.0/FVC Q1组>Q3组,Q1组>Q4组,Q2组>Q4组(P均<0.05);控制年龄和身高后,BF%、FM I和FVC、FEV1.0、PEF、FEV1.0/FVC呈显著相关(P均<0.05);各肺通气功能指标在FFM I不同水平间的比较及二者间的偏相关系数差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论济南地区成年女性高体脂百分比和体脂含量可导致一定程度的阻塞性通气功能下降;去脂体质量对成年女性的肺通气功能影响不明显。
Objective To investigate the effects of body composition on pulmonary ventilation in common adult women in Jinan. Methods A total of 657 healthy adults aged 25-75 years from 20 communities (villages) in Jinan were enrolled in this study. Results Compared with BF% group, FEV1.0, FVC and PEF normal group> overweight group> obesity group (P <0.01), FEV1.0 / FVC normal group> overweight group and obesity group (all P < FEV1.0 / FVC Q1 group> Q3 group, Q1 group> Q4 group (P <0.05), FEV1.0, FVC and PEF group were Q1 group> Q2 group> Q3 group> Q4 group (P <0.05). After controlling for age and height, BF%, FM I and FVC, FEV1.0, PEF, FEV1.0 / FVC were significantly correlated There were no significant differences in the parameters of pulmonary ventilation between the different FFM I levels and the partial correlation coefficients (P> 0.05). Conclusion The high body fat percentage and body fat content of adult women in Jinan can lead to some obstructive ventilatory function decline; the body fat mass has no obvious effect on the lung ventilation function of adult women.
