为研究一种液压机械无级传动拖拉机的牵引性能,设计了一种拖拉机滑转率试验方案。在拖拉机运输作业工况下,测量挂钩牵引力和速度对滑转率的影响;在田间作业工况下,测量不同耕深时,犁耕阻力、阻力矩对滑转率的影响,并测量不同耕深下犁耕的频率和振幅。结果表明:当滑转率小于0.05时,挂钩牵引力和滑转率成正比,滑转率大于0.05时,挂钩牵引力几乎保持不变;同一档位下速度和滑转率呈负相关关系;耕作阻力、耕作阻力矩和滑转率随耕深的增加而增加;振幅随耕深的增加逐渐减小,而振动频率随耕深的增加变化不明显。
In order to study the tractive performance of a hydraulic traction machine, a test program of tractor slewing rate was designed.
