盐酸二氢石蒜碱(DL)iv能迅速显著地降低麻醉大鼠和猫的血压,降压的同时减慢心率.利血平和普萘洛尔减弱DL的降压作用.在毁脊髓大鼠,DL能抑制电刺激脊髓T7-9节段引起的升压反应,且压低最大反应,普萘洛尔减弱DL的这种抑制作用,而利血平与DL协同抑制这种升压反应.DL使肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素增高毁脊髓大鼠舒张压的量效曲线平行右移,且不压低最大反应.DL对高钾引起的主动脉环收缩无松弛作用,对主动脉环也无直接作用,这些结果提示DL的降压作用主要与阻断α-肾上腺素受体有关.
Dihydrochloride (DL) iv rapidly and significantly reduces blood pressure in anesthetized rats and cats, depressing heart rate and slowing heart rate. Reserpine and propranolol attenuate the antihypertensive effect of DL. In the spinal cord destroyed rats, DL can inhibit the electrical stimulation of the spinal cord T7-9-induced vasopressor response, and depress the maximum response, propranolol attenuated this inhibitory effect of DL, while reserpine and DL synergistically inhibit this Boost reaction. DL dose-response curves of diastolic blood pressure of spinal cord rats increased by adrenaline and norepinephrine shift right parallel, and do not depress the maximum response. DL induced by high potassium contraction of the aortic ring without relaxation, the aortic ring also has no direct effect, these results suggest that the antihypertensive effect of DL mainly related to blocking α-adrenergic receptors.
