模具是工业生产中不可或缺的基础工艺装备,其管理效率直接影响着制造业的生产效率。在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,研究了一种基于物联网技术的模具管理系统,提出了一种物联网应用系统框架,并从软硬件的角度对系统实施关键技术进行了阐述。设计的系统运用物联网技术实现模具管理关键环节的信息自动采集,结合后台软件系统实现模具查找、盘点、跟踪及定位的自动化。应用结果表明,设计的模具管理系统能有效解决模具查找、盘点困难等亟待解决的问题。
Die is an indispensable industrial production process equipment, its management efficiency directly affects the manufacturing efficiency. Based on the analysis of the research status at home and abroad, a mold management system based on IOT technology is studied. A framework of IoT application system is proposed, and the key technologies of system implementation are elaborated from the perspective of hardware and software. The designed system uses IoT technology to realize the automatic acquisition of the key parts of mold management, and combines with the background software system to realize the automation of mold searching, counting, tracking and positioning. Application results show that the design of the mold management system can effectively solve the mold search, inventory problems and other issues to be solved.
