目的评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的系统和单元推出职业病控制措施和建议。方法采用现场调查法对职业病危害因素进行分析评价。结果吸收器岗位的HCN浓度偶有超标,NH3、高温、噪声、总粉尘和其他岗位的HCN符合国家职业卫生标准,总平面布局,建筑卫生学,职业病防护措施,辅助卫生设施、职业卫生管理、职业健康监护基本符合卫生学要求。结论该项目的职业病危害因素的控制基本符合国家卫生标准。
Objective To evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and to introduce occupational disease control measures and recommendations to the systems and units that do not meet the occupational disease hazard protection requirements. Methods The method of field investigation was used to analyze and evaluate the hazard factors of occupational diseases. As a result, HCN concentrations in the absorber posts were occasionally exceeded. HCN in NH3, high temperature, noise, total dust and other posts were in compliance with the national occupational health standards, general layout, building hygiene, occupational disease protection measures, ancillary sanitation facilities, occupational health management, Occupational health monitoring basically meets the hygiene requirements. Conclusion The control of occupational hazards in this project basically meets the national health standards.
