文章将模糊数学理论和神经网络相结合，建立了一个自适应的模糊识别与神经网络协作系统，成功地解决了在无专家经验的情况下，自动建立模糊隶属度函数和模糊识别规则的问题。该系统实现了从汽车图象的获取、车型的识别、确定收费标准等全过程的自动化，从而解决了自动交通管理中有关自动识别车型难题，具有很高的实用价值。
This paper combines fuzzy mathematics theory and neural network to establish an adaptive fuzzy recognition and neural network collaboration system and successfully solves the problem of automatically establishing fuzzy membership function and fuzzy recognition rules without any expert’s experience. The system has realized the automatization of the whole process from the acquisition of the car image, the identification of the vehicle type and the determination of the charging standard, so as to solve the problem of automatically recognizing the vehicle type in the automatic traffic management and has high practical value.
