为有效控制烟田杂草的危害,2010~2012年采用诱萌法对山东省主产烟区土壤(25 cm耕层)杂草种子库的杂草种类与数量进行了研究。结果表明,多数样品中单子叶杂草数量明显高于双子叶杂草;不同烟区杂草种子库的密度存在差异,密度最大的是莱芜烟区苗山镇,为32891粒/m2,最小的是诸城贾悦镇,为1719粒/m2;不同耕层土壤中杂草种子库的密度也存在差异,多数样品在0~15 cm耕层中的最大;单子叶的莎草科和禾本科杂草在土壤种子库中的数量较大,而双子叶杂草数量较小。
In order to effectively control the harm of tobacco weeds, the species and quantity of weeds in the weed seed bank of soil (25 cm tillage) in the main tobacco producing areas of Shandong Province were studied by using the inducing germination method from 2010 to 2012. The results showed that the number of monocotyledonous weeds in most samples was significantly higher than that of dicotyledonous weeds. The density of weedy seed banks in different tobacco-growing areas varied. The density was the highest in Miaoshan town, Laiwu tobacco area, 32891 grains / m2, the smallest Is the density of 1719 seeds / m2 in Jiayue town of Zhucheng. The density of weed seed banks in different cultivated soils is also different, most of them are the largest in 0-15 cm of tillage. The Cyperaceae and Poaceae of monocotyledons Grass is larger in the soil seed bank, while the amount of dicotyledonous weeds is smaller.
