Objective To investigate the application effect of rotary feeding tube method in pediatric needle insertion. Methods A total of 240 children with venous indwelling needle treated in Jingdezhen MCH from 2015 to 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group of children using the traditional two-handed delivery method, the observation group of children using the rotary delivery method. The two groups of children with indwelling needle disposable puncture, indwelling needle venous indwelling time, puncture time and adverse reactions occurred. Results The success rate of disposable puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The retention time of indwelling needle vein was longer than that in the control group, and the puncture time was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group P <0.05). Conclusion Rotary indwelling needle delivery method in pediatric intravenous catheter needle puncture better effect, prolongation of venous indwelling time, reduce puncture time, improve puncture success rate, and less adverse reactions.
