近几年,青岛开发区区委、区政府紧紧抓住海峡两岸加入WTO后给对台招商带来的新机遇,不断加大对台招商引资工作力度,在合同利用台资和实际利用台资方面,连续几年均位居青岛市前列。为适应“构建青岛经济发展重心”的需要,更好地促进台资企业发展,进而促进开发区与台湾之间的经贸交流与合作,近期,区台办走访了区内部分台资企业,了解到台资企业的发展现状,现报告如下:台企现状截至到2002年底,开发区共批准台资项目149个(含2000年以前保税区的台资企业),合同利用台资35239万美元,实际利用台资14224万美元。仅2002年,全区新批准台资项目9个,合同利用台资6227.6万美元,实际利用台资3646万美元,位居青岛市第三;今年1-2月份,全区新批准台资项目1个,合同台资242万美元,实际利用台资1037万美元,暂居青岛市第一。到目前,在开发区正常运转的台资企业有20家左右,主要涉及电子、化工、纺织等行业,产品以内销为主。从调查的情况分析,目前区内台资企业主要有以下几个特点:

In 2002, the region newly approved 9 Taiwan-funded projects with a contractual capital of 62.276 million U.S. dollars and actually utilized Taiwan's capital of 36.46 million U.S. dollars, ranking the third in Qingdao City. From January to February this year, the region newly approved Taiwan-funded projects 1, with a contractual investment of 2.42 million U.S. dollars and actually utilized 10.37 million U.S. dollars, making it the first city in Qingdao. Up to now, there are about 20 Taiwanese-funded enterprises that operate normally in the zone, mainly in the electronics, chemical and textile industries, where the products are mainly sold domestically.
