以某难选高铝、高硅且泥化严重的铁矿石为原料,采用焙烧-磁选工艺进行分选。通过单因素试验和正交试验,探索了煤粉用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、磨矿细度及磁场强度等对该矿石分选效果的影响。试验结果表明,在焙烧温度为950℃、焙烧时间为80 min、煤粉用量占矿样25%、磨矿细度为64.00%-0.038 mm、磁场强度为93.33 kA/m的条件下,可获得精矿品位为56.09%、回收率为60.87%的铁精矿。
With a refractory high aluminum, high silicon and muddy iron ore as raw material, using roasting - magnetic separation process for sorting. Through the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment, explores the influence of coal powder dosage, calcination temperature, roasting time, grinding fineness and magnetic field intensity on the ore separation performance. The results show that the calcination temperature is 950 ℃, the calcination time is 80 min, the amount of pulverized coal occupy 25%, the fineness of grinding is 64.00% -0.038 mm, the magnetic field strength is 93.33 kA / m Concentrate grade of 56.09%, the recovery rate of 60.87% of the iron concentrate.
