一、问题的提出冲天炉爬式加料机简图如图1所示。从图中可以看出,中部支架是一空间框架,高达9米。架子使用6种规格的钢材(32c槽钢、16a槽钢、16工字钢、63×63角钢、双63×63角钢、双63×63角钢与钢板的组合)组成。料车重3.5吨,它的轮子作用在32c槽钢做成的轨道上。为防止料车在送料时因轨道变形脱轨,设计时需要计算在料车作用下支架的受力和变形情况,以保证设计的安全和合理。
First, the question put forward Cupola climbing feeder diagram shown in Figure 1. As can be seen from the figure, the middle bracket is a space frame, up to 9 meters.
