井东四矿4#煤骑跨9#煤回风大巷,在4#煤综放工作面回采动压影响下,回风大巷部分区域变形破坏严重。通过对巷道围岩破坏机理分析得出,破碎围岩、上部煤层回采动压影响、断层以及支护参数的不合理是导致围岩变形破坏的主要原因;提出注浆锚杆加固围岩、改变支护参数、加固关键部位的组合加固方案,并在现场进行加固试验。试验结果表明:加固方案有效地控制了围岩变形,确保了回风大巷的安全稳定。

Under the dynamic pressure of 4 # coal caving working face, the deformation and destruction are serious in some areas of the return airway. Through the analysis of the failure mechanism of roadway surrounding rock, it is concluded that the influence of dynamic pressure on the surrounding rock and the upper coal seam, the fault and the unreasonable supporting parameters are the main reasons leading to the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock. The test results show that the reinforcement scheme can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock and ensure the safety and stability of the return airway.
