以湿法磷酸和尿素为原料、十二烷基硫酸钠为反应活化剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为悬浮剂,研究了湿法磷酸直接制备饲料级磷酸脲的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为湿法磷酸w(P_2O_5)50%,尿素与磷酸摩尔比1.05、反应温度80℃、反应时间1.0 h、冷却结晶时间2.0 h;该条件下制得饲料级磷酸脲晶体产品收率79.75%,产品总磷质量分数19.21%,总氮质量分数17.33%,产品质量达到NY/T 917—2004标准;以制得的磷酸脲和氢氧化钾为原料生产饲料级磷酸二氢钾,产品质量分数为98.56%,达到HG/T 2860—2011饲料级标准。
Using wet-process phosphoric acid and urea as raw materials, sodium dodecyl sulfate as the reaction activator and polyvinylpyrrolidone as the suspending agent, the technological conditions of direct preparation of feed grade urea phosphate by wet-process phosphoric acid were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: 50% WP (P 2 O 5), molar ratio of urea to phosphoric acid 1.05, reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 1.0 h and cooling crystallization time 2.0 h.
