杨粲是南宋时播州(今贵州遵义)土官,其墓葬中保留了大量精美的墓室石刻,其中有四尊负重力士像及两幅进贡人像,雕刻细致,且与传统的汉族习俗大异其趣,具有极为鲜明的个性特征。这些雕像在形象和衣饰上表现出来的特色,相比之下更接近于少数民族风格,而非宗教原因或汉族习俗所常见,它们对研究遵义乃至贵州宋代民风民俗、民族文化,都有着极为重要的史料价值。
Yang Zuo was a native of Sowzhou (now Zunyi, Guizhou) in the Southern Song Dynasty. There were a large number of fine tomb stone carvings preserved in the tomb. Among them were four statue of Honor and two tribute figures, which were carved carefully and greatly different from the traditional Han nationality Interest, with a very distinctive personality traits. These statues in the image and clothing on the performance of features, in contrast, is closer to the ethnic style, rather than religious reasons or Han customs are common, they study Zunyi and Guizhou Song folk customs, national culture, has a very Important historical value.
