如果能够依据国家环保的政策和措施,把“节能、降耗、环保、高效”对企业产品生产管理所提出的要求、标准、规范和流程,固化到系统中,使得信息技术不仅支撑企业今天的发展,更成为适应“十一五”我国新经济增长模式、支撑绿色制造的信息化系统；如果能够把国家宏观经济导向和企业微观管理及制造模式,通过信息化工具得以实现,形成统筹的、相互协调和支撑的绿色制造体系,才能使得信息化支撑绿色制造,才能促进绿色制造的发展。
