目的探讨黄芩总黄酮凝胶剂的最优制备处方工艺。方法以凝胶剂的成型性和稳定性等为指标,通过正交实验法考察卡波姆940、氮酮、丙二醇、甘油的用量,优选黄芩总黄酮凝胶剂的制备处方工艺。结果黄芩总黄酮凝胶剂的最优工艺处方为:黄芩总黄酮/卡波姆940/氮酮/丙二醇/甘油=2.5%/1.2%/3.5%/15.0%/8.0%。结论经过试验研究得出的制备工艺简单、稳定、可行,可为黄芩总黄酮凝胶剂的实际生产提供理论依据。
Objective To study the optimal preparation and prescription of total flavone gel of Scutellaria baicalensis. Methods Based on the formability and stability of gels, the dosage of carbomer 940, azone, propylene glycol and glycerol was investigated by orthogonal test. The preparation and preparation of total flavonoids gel were optimized. Results Scutellaria total flavonoids gel formulations of the best prescription: Scutellaria total flavonoids / carbomer 940 / azone / propylene glycol / glycerol = 2.5% / 1.2% / 3.5% / 15.0% / 8.0%. Conclusion The experimental results obtained after the preparation process is simple, stable and feasible, can provide a theoretical basis for the actual production of total flavonoids gel skullcap.
