EEG activity was studied in 63 patients with cerebrovascular disease by electroencephalography (BEAM). In contrast, a group of normal subjects (n = 33) made a topographic map of significant differences in probability, with an abnormality when the Z value was ≥2.00. The results showed that BEAM was sensitive and accurate compared with EEG visual inspection in the detection of abnormal EEG activity and localization of lesions in patients with cerebrovascular disease. BEAM abnormalities in patients with mild cerebral ischemia (TIA, RIND) were significantly higher than BEAM CT; in the BEAM frequency domain indicators, δ, θ, δ + θ / α + β is better; can be used as a cerebrovascular disease in patients with locating side positioning an independent indicator.
