人才资源是第一资源。人力资源战略是通过培训与开发来发挥人才优势的。企业应建立完善的培训与开发体系来提升员工的核心专长和工作技能,进而提高企业的核心竞争力。而需求分析及计划制定是培训与开发中非常重要的两个环节——前者是其他环节的前提,直接决定了后续工作的有效性;而后者则决定了培训效果的好坏。因此笔者则以L公司为例,在文中重点探讨了培训与开发的需求分析和计划制定这两个方面。
Talent resources is the first resource. Human resources strategy is through training and development to play a talent advantage. Enterprises should establish a sound training and development system to enhance staff’s core expertise and job skills, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. Demand analysis and planning are two very important steps in training and development. The former is the prerequisite for other aspects, which directly determines the validity of follow-up work. The latter determines the effectiveness of training. Therefore, the author then takes L company as an example. In this paper, we focus on the two aspects of requirement analysis and plan formulation of training and development.
