球磨机不但在建材工业中广泛应用,而且在冶金、选矿、化工、电力等工业中也广泛采用.作为粉磨设备的球磨机,目前一般采用滑动轴承作为主轴承,它比传统的支承方式相比具有很大的优势。轴承衬采用巴氏合金,其因具有良好的摩擦相容性、顺应性和嵌入性,非常适合像球磨机这样的重载、低速,并伴有冲击现象的机械设备的要求,因此在生产中已被广泛使用。关于滑履支承,由于磨机的大型化发展,其轴承负荷也愈来愈大,另外烘干兼粉磨的磨机,其进料口要大,而且气流温度高,主轴承就不适合,这样,采用滑履支承较为适合。本次主要设计滑履支承,并对托瓦、凸球面体、凹球面体等进行工作分析、载荷计算、形状尺寸设计。
