从强化层的厚度、硬度、结构及强化层与基体之间的扩散程度方面对M2和50CrMoV两种基体的脉冲放电强化层进行了对比研究。结果表明,两种基体材料强化层的特点、性能等方面明显不同,电极材料主要相在放电形成涂层中发生变化
The pulse discharge enhancement layers of M2 and 50CrMoV were compared in terms of the thickness, hardness, structure and the degree of diffusion between the strengthening layer and the substrate. The results show that the characteristics and performance of the two kinds of matrix reinforced layer are obviously different, the main phase of the electrode material changes in the formation of the coating by discharge
