目目的:探讨开窗减压术治疗大型颌骨囊肿的临床治疗效果。方法:选择我院从2012年1月至2013年1月收治的大型颌骨囊肿患者62例,随机分成两组,治疗组31例采用开窗减压术治疗方法进行治疗,对照组采用传统刮除手术方法进行治疗,对于两组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:治疗组在术中出血量、手术时间、术后感染率等各项数据都要优于对照组,同时治疗组的随访复发率要明显低于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开窗减压术治疗大型颌骨囊肿具有显著效果,该种手术治疗方法具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后感染率低等优点,与传统手术方法相比具有显著优越性,值得进行临床推广。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of window decompression in treating large jaw cyst.
