本研究以心肌缺血家兔为受试对象,观察了王氏三逐瘀汤(通窍活血汤、血府逐瘀汤和隔下逐瘀汤)对家兔凝血及纤溶功能的影响。结果显示:缺血3h,假手术组、模型组、通窍活血汤组及膈下逐瘀汤组血浆AT-Ⅲ活性均有所下降,其中假手术组下降具有显著性意义(P<0.05),而血府逐瘀汤组血浆AT-Ⅲ活性始终维持在较高水平;缺血前血府逐瘀汤组和膈下逐瘀汤组血浆tPA明显高于模型组和通窍活血汤组(P<0.05),缺血3h后各组tPA活性变化不显著(P>0.05),假手术组、模型组和膈下逐瘀汤组PAI活性显著升高(P<0.05),通窍活血汤组和血府逐瘀汤组tPA和PAI活性在缺血前后差异无显著性(P>0.05);血浆6-酮-PGF_(1α)。含量除假手术组和模型组在缺血1h、3h均明显升高(P<0.05、P<0.01)外,其余各组变化均不明显(P>0.05)。以上结果提示,血府逐瘀汤对家兔急性心肌缺血所致的凝血和纤溶功能变化有明显的改善作用,并且优于通窍活血汤和膈下逐瘀汤。
In this study, myocardial ischemia rabbits were used to observe the effects of Wangsan Sanyu Decoction (Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, and Gexia Zhuyu Decoction) on coagulation and fibrinolysis in rabbits. The results showed that the activity of AT-III in the sham-operated group, model group, Tongqiao Huoxue decoction group and Guxiazhuyu decoction group decreased after 3h ischemia, and the sham operation group had a significant decrease (P<0.05). The plasma AT-III activity in Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group remained at a relatively high level; plasma tPA in Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group and Guxia Zhuyu Decoction group was significantly higher than that in model group and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction group (P< 0.05) There was no significant change in tPA activity after 3h ischemia in each group (P>0.05). PAI activity in sham-operated group, model group, and Jixiazhuyu decoction group was significantly increased (P<0.05). Tongwei Huoxue Decoction group and blood There was no significant difference in tPA and PAI activity between the two groups before and after ischemia (P>0.05); plasma 6-keto-PGF_(1α). The contents of sham-operated group and model group were significantly increased at 1h and 3h after ischemia (P<0.05, P<0.01), but there was no significant change in other groups (P>0.05). These results suggest that Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can significantly improve the coagulation and fibrinolytic function changes induced by acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits, and is superior to Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and Guxia Zhuyu Decoction.
