词类转换是一种重要的构词手段,一直以来受到国内外研究者的广泛关注,但关于转类词学习策略的实证研究却相对较少。本文以洛桑和霍格本(Hogben&Lawson,1994)的四类学习策略为依据设计调查问卷,对湖北民族学院英语专业本科大一和大三两个年级的学生的英语转类词学习状况进行调查,用SPSS 17.0对数据进行分析。分析发现,转类词在学习过程中十分常见但未引起足够重视,学生在学习策略上主要采用了简单重复策略、联想策略、查字典策略,类比策略等。通过对不同水平学生对比分析发现,大一与大三在策略选择上基本一致,并无显著差异。
Part-of-speech conversion is an important word-building method and has been widely concerned by researchers both at home and abroad. However, there are relatively few empirical studies on the conversion strategies. Based on the four learning strategies of Lausanne and Hogben & Lawson (1994), this study investigates the English learning of the learners in freshmen and sophomores of English majors at Hubei Institute for Nationalities, Data was analyzed using SPSS 17.0. It is found that transitive lexicon is very common in the learning process, but not enough attention has been paid to it. Students mainly adopt simple repetitive strategies, associative strategies, dictionary search strategies and analogy strategies in learning strategies. Through the comparative analysis of different levels of students found that the freshman and junior are basically the same choice of strategy, there is no significant difference.
