介绍攀钢连铸中间罐连续测温系统的工艺特点,利用该系统实测中间罐钢液温度及其变化过程。测试结果表明:与快速微型热电偶点测温度相比,测温偏差≤±2℃、BN保护管使用寿命8~10h、测温探头温度响应时间<30s。研究结果有利于操作者适时掌握钢水温度变化情况,制定合理的拉坯工艺制度,减少水口凝钢或因钢水温度高发生的拉漏事故。
This paper introduces the technological characteristics of the continuous temperature measurement system of the continuous casting intermediate tank in Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. The temperature of the liquid steel in the intermediate tank and its variation process are measured by this system. The test results show that: Compared with the temperature measurement point of the miniature thermocouple, the deviation of temperature measurement is ≤ ± 2 ℃, the life of the BN protection tube is 8 ~ 10h, and the temperature response time of the temperature probe is <30s. The results are helpful for the operator to grasp the changes of the temperature of the molten steel in time, formulate a reasonable casting process system, reduce the condensation of the nozzle or the leakage caused by the high temperature of the molten steel.
