依据电振机在机电共振状态下实现大振幅运行时必需的电磁关系,详细分析了试验样机的结构参数,并以制造和运行成本最小为设计原则构建目标函数,利用MATLAB软件对大振幅电振机在共振状态下的结构参数和运行参数进行优化设计,确定了以较小电磁激振力产生较大振幅电振机的最优结构参数。这为在机电共振状态下的电磁振动机械结构设计提供了一种有效方法。
According to the electromagnetism relationship which the electro-resonance machine needs to realize the large-amplitude operation under the condition of electromechanical resonance, the structural parameters of the test prototype are analyzed in detail. The objective function is constructed based on the principle of minimizing the manufacturing cost and the operation cost. The structural parameters and operating parameters of the machine under the resonance condition are optimized and the optimal structural parameters for generating the large amplitude vibration electric machine with smaller electromagnetic excitation force are determined. This provides an effective method for the design of the mechanical structure of electromagnetic vibration in the state of electromechanical resonance.
