消费群体影响企业生存质量,对于顾客层面的分析和研究,对于企业发展起到了至关重要的作用和影响。现针对服务营销的视角下顾客满意度问题进行系统分析,提出解决对策,以期对企业发展做出合理的理论支持。
Consumer groups affect the quality of corporate life, customer-level analysis and research for the development of enterprises has played a crucial role and influence. Aiming at the problem of customer satisfaction from the perspective of service marketing, this paper systematically analyzes the problems and puts forward the countermeasures so as to make reasonable theoretical support for the development of enterprises.
