以建立的铁路罐车回波强度D模型为基础,采用高感应激光标靶,对检定周期内铁路罐车(箱)进行以入射角为代表的几何量特性扫描影响分析,并通过点云均布率和再现率直观判断扫描效果,最后以不同入射角扫描模型计算铁路罐车容积,并与较高等级容积量传法比较,结果显示,基于铁路罐车工况,35°入射角进行扫描的扫描效果较好,测量准确度高,测量重复性较好,较容量比较法更加接近。进行测量不确定度评定,测量结果的相对扩展不确定度为3×10-3,k=2,为三维激光扫描铁路罐车相关技术的研究提供一定的理论与技术参考。
