利用X 射线光电子谱对液相外延HgCdTe 薄膜表面氧化特性进行了研究,对经不同工艺过程处理的HgCdTe表面进行了测量、分析,结果表明碲镉汞表面经溴无水乙醇溶液腐蚀后,再用乳酸乙二醇溶液对表面进行处理,可获得氧化物极少甚至无氧化的HgCdTe 表面.说明HgCdTe 表面钝化前的预处理直接影响钝化层/HgCdTe 的界面特性
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to study the surface oxidation behavior of HgCdTe thin films. The surface of HgCdTe treated by different processes was measured and analyzed. The results showed that the surface of HgCdTe was corroded by bromine-ethanol solution Treatment of the surface with a solution of glycolic acid in Lactic acid gives HgCdTe surfaces with little or no oxidation of oxides.
