目的:为了解雷公藤内酯醇对类风湿性关节炎滑膜新生血管中bFGF的影响,探讨雷公藤对类风湿关节炎的治疗机理。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测bFGF在AA大鼠滑膜组织中的表达,并观察了雷公藤对其的影响。结果:雷公藤组可见少量的bFGF阳性细胞,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:雷公藤内酯醇能降低滑膜组织中bFGF的表达水平,抑制血管生成,起到治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of triptolide on bFGF in synovial neovascularization of rheumatoid arthritis and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of triptolide on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bFGF in synovial tissue of AA rats. The effect of tripterygium wilfordii was observed. Results: A small amount of bFGF positive cells were observed in Tripterygium wilfordii group, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Triptolide can reduce the expression of bFGF in synovial tissue, inhibit angiogenesis, and play a therapeutic role.
