对高粱黑粉菌离体培养技术进行了研究。结果表明:适合高粱黑粉菌生长的固体培养基为马铃薯+玉米粉的培养基,黑粉菌在20-35℃均能生长,最佳培养温度为28-30℃,黑粉菌细胞大约14d变成黑色。显微镜下观察人工培养基上生长的黑粉菌细胞形态和自然生长的黑粉菌细胞形态,前者初始基本是以单个形态存在的,随后的细胞形态比自然生长的黑粉菌细胞形态要小,而且最终很难形成厚垣孢子。
