研究评估不同浓度硒纳米颗粒(纳米硒)对鲤鱼生长性能、饲料转化率、组织构成、肌肉和肝脏中硒的沉积、抗氧化指标和血液生化指标的影响。在试验基础日粮中分别添加纳米硒0(对照组)、0.5、1、2 mg·kg-1(干饲料重),选取平均体重为10 g的鲤鱼分别饲喂4组日粮,饲喂8周。结果显示,鱼日粮中添加纳米硒1 mg·kg-1显著提高其生长性能,包括最终体重和增重(WG,P<0.05);但饲喂不同硒水平的饲料8周各组饲料转化率(FCR)无显著性差异(P>0.05);纳米硒对鲤鱼组织结构没有影响。与对照组相比,饲喂纳米硒补充日粮在肝脏和肌肉组织中表现出更高的硒含量(P<0.05)。鱼饲料中添加纳米硒2 mg·kg-1鱼肝组织丙二醛(MDA)水平显著降低(P<0.05),而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GSH-p X和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于其他试验日粮组(P<0.05)。添加纳米硒2 mg·kg-1日粮组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性最高,但与1 mg·kg-1添加组差异不显著(P>0.05)。2 mg·kg-1添加组总蛋白、球蛋白含量显著较高(P<0.05),但白蛋白水平显著较低(P<0.05),血清胆固醇水平显著下降(P<0.05)。不同饲粮组血清甘油三酯没有显著差异(P>0.05)。1和2 mg·kg-1硒添加组血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL)显著降低(P<0.05),而2 mg·kg-1硒添加组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)显著增加(P<0.05)。1和2 mg·kg-1硒添加组天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性相较于其他组为最高。2 mg·kg-1硒添加组丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于其他试验组。各组间血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究结果表明,建议鱼日粮中纳米硒添加量为1 mg·kg-1,以改善鱼的生长和抗氧化防御系统。
The study evaluated the effects of different concentrations of selenium nanoparticles (nano-selenium) on growth performance, feed conversion rate, tissue composition, selenium deposition in muscle and liver, antioxidant and blood biochemical indexes. Nose selenium 0 (control group), 0.5, 1, 2 mg · kg-1 (dry feed weight) were added to the experimental basal diet respectively. Four groups of carp were fed 4 groups with average body weight of 10 g, 8 weeks. The results showed that the dietary supplementation of 1 mg · kg-1 nano-selenium significantly increased the growth performance, including the final body weight and weight gain (WG, P <0.05); however, There was no significant difference in FCR (P> 0.05). Nano-selenium had no effect on carp structure. Compared with the control group, the diet supplemented with Nano Selenium showed higher selenium content in liver and muscle tissue (P <0.05). The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) in fish liver tissue supplemented with 2mg · kg-1 nano-selenium were significantly decreased (P <0.05), while glutathione peroxidase GSH-p X and CAT ) Activity was significantly higher than other test diet group (P <0.05). The activity of SOD in the diet supplemented with 2 mg · kg-1 nano-selenium was the highest, but not significantly different from that in the 1 mg · kg-1 diet (P> 0.05). The total protein content of 2 mg · kg-1 supplementation group was significantly higher (P <0.05), but albumin level was significantly lower (P <0.05) and serum cholesterol level was significantly lower (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum triglycerides between different diets (P> 0.05). Serum low density lipoprotein (LDL) was significantly lower in the selenium supplemented with 1 and 2 mg · kg-1 selenium (P <0.05), while HDL in the 2 mg · kg-1 selenium supplementation group was significantly increased (P <0.05 ). Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity was highest in the groups supplemented with 1 and 2 mg · kg-1 selenium compared with the other groups. The activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in 2 mg · kg-1 selenium-added group was significantly higher than that in other experimental groups. Serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity between the groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). The results show that the recommended dietary nano-selenium is 1 mg · kg-1, which can improve fish growth and antioxidant defense system.
