鳜鱼俗称桂鱼、季花鱼,是典型的肉食性凶猛鱼类。以捕食各种小鱼、虾等为主食,并有吞食同类的摄食现象。鳜鱼肉细嫰、刺少、味鲜美,富含蛋白质,营养丰富,是淡水江河湖泊名贵鱼类之一,深受广大消费者的喜爱。但由于自然资源的衰退,江河湖泊已无鳜鱼苗可捕捞,远远不能满足于人们生产和生活的需要。近几年来我们通过加强鳜鱼亲鱼培育,进行人工繁育,取得了成功。 Catfish commonly known as mandarin fish, seasonal flowers, is a typical carnivorous ferocious fish.
