针对自动化专业教学实验建设,在原有过程控制实验设备基础上,开发了基于Simulink/xPC的过程控制综合实验平台。该平台紧密结合理论教学,支持学生进行信号调理与滤波、对象特性测试与建模、控制算法设计、控制系统实时仿真等多种实验,加深了学生对过程控制系统设计的理解。介绍了当前实验装置的不足,提出了整体改造和设计思路,并就关键技术作出了较详细的阐述,给出了具体的实验实例。
For the automation teaching experiment construction, based on the original process control experiment equipment, the integrated process control experiment platform based on Simulink / xPC was developed. The platform is closely integrated with theoretical teaching and supports students in various experiments such as signal conditioning and filtering, object characteristic testing and modeling, control algorithm design, and real-time simulation of control system, deepening students’ understanding of process control system design. The shortage of the current experimental device is introduced, the overall reform and design ideas are put forward, and the key technologies are elaborated in detail, and the concrete experimental examples are given.
