咳嗽是小儿常见病，多发病。笔者自1987～1998年以自拟“冬花汤”治疗小儿顽固性咳嗽72例，取得良好效果，现报道如下。1一般资料本组72例患儿中，男54例，女18例，年龄2~14岁，其中2～6岁41例，7～10岁ZO例，11～14岁11例。病史10天左右34例，20-30天21例，l个月以上16例，72例?
Cough is common in children, frequently-occurring disease. The author since 1987 ~ 1998 to self “Donghua Tang ” treatment of 72 children with intractable cough, and achieved good results, are reported below. 1 General Information The group of 72 patients, 54 males and 18 females, aged 2 to 14 years, of which 41 cases of 2 to 6 years old, 7 to 10 years old ZO cases, 11 to 14 years old in 11 cases.
