文献显示还没有研究关注我国新建本科院校大学生英语学习负动机情况。本文运用问卷方法,调查了五所此类院校713名大学生的英语学习负动机情况。经过主成份方法对数据进行因子分析,发现15个因子,其中5个为内部因素:内在兴趣缺失、有效学习策略缺失、英语学能、不愉快的学习经历和自信心受损;10个外部因素:教师性格和教学能力与风格、教学过程与教学内容、英语效价负面影响、教学模式、不完善的教学设施、教材内容、课堂教学环境、同伴氛围消极影响、其他课程以及课外活动和作业负面影响。发现此类学生英语学习负动机是内部因素与外部因素共同作用的结果。
The literature shows that there is no research on the negative motivation of English learning in newly-built undergraduates in our country. This paper uses the questionnaire method to investigate the negative motivation of English learning in 713 college students in five such institutions. After factor analysis by principal component method, we found 15 factors, of which 5 were internal factors: the lack of intrinsic interest, the lack of effective learning strategies, English learning, unpleasant learning experiences and the loss of self-confidence; 10 external factors: Teacher personality and teaching ability and style, teaching process and teaching contents, negative influence of English valence, teaching mode, imperfect teaching facilities, teaching material content, classroom teaching environment, negative impact of companion atmosphere, other courses and negative influence of extracurricular activities and assignments . Found that such students negative impact of English learning is the result of internal factors and external factors together.
