研究了热处理对Mg-6Al-0.5Mn-1.8Si-0.3Ca镁合金组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,经过固溶处理,β-Mg17Al12逐渐溶解到基体中,Mg2Si保持良好的热稳定性,合金的显微硬度明显提高,在固溶48 h时显微硬度较铸态时提高了约20%;固溶处理后再进行时效处理,沿晶界逐渐析出第二相,起到了晶界强化和弥散强化的作用。
The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and microhardness of Mg-6Al-0.5Mn-1.8Si-0.3Ca magnesium alloy was studied. The results show that after the solution treatment, β-Mg17Al12 gradually dissolves into the matrix, Mg2Si maintains good thermal stability, and the microhardness of the alloy increases obviously. The microhardness of the alloy increases by about 20 %; After aging treatment, the second phase is gradually precipitated along the grain boundary, which plays the role of grain boundary strengthening and dispersion strengthening.
