发电车间与K型锅炉配套的锤击式磨煤机及与20吨锅炉配套的φ1000mm风扇式磨煤机中的易磨损件是鎯头、衬瓦和冲击板。过去鎯头采用普通白口铸铁,衬瓦和冲击板采用高锰钢。由于磨煤过程中并无使高锰钢获得加工硬化的工况条件,所以高锰钢寿命并不长。普通白口铸铁鎯头在使用煤渣的情况下也相形见拙。为了提高易损件的抗磨性,节约材质,提高工效,减少维修工时,我们尝试寻找更能适应此种磨损条件的新材质。为此,我们将衬瓦改用Cr4合金白口铸铁,寿命提高了约20~30%。但仍不理想,遂对国外牌号的Cr15Mo3合金铸铁进行试验,国外对此牌号采用电炉熔炼,基于本厂的实际情况.采用冲天炉熔炼Cr15Mo3的尝试.仅对现有的初步结果做一总结,供同行参考。
