主要介绍了武钢CSP产线近年来的技术创新实践情况,主要包括低耗高效铁水脱硫技术、低成本转炉冶炼技术、洁净钢高效冶炼技术、稳态浇铸技术和薄材稳定轧制技术。通过技术创新,铁水脱硫钝化镁单耗降低了0.007kg/(t·s),转炉冶炼平均返硫质量分数减少0.000 6%;转炉石灰消耗降低了9.67kg/t,转炉钢铁料消耗降低了8.32kg/t;无取向硅钢钢中C,S,N,Ti质量分数总和不大于80×10~(-6)的比例达到93.6%,T.O质量分数小于20×10~(-6)的比例达到93.5%;浇铸过程保护浇铸Als质量分数损失不大于50×10~(-6)的合格率和增氮质量分数不大于3×10~(-6)合格率分别为97.69%,98.58%;薄规格(厚度不大于2.0mm)热连轧产品的月产量达到8.28万t/月。
Mainly introduces the WISCO CSP production line in recent years, technological innovation practice, including low-cost high-efficiency hot metal desulphurization technology, low-cost converter smelting technology, clean steel efficient smelting technology, steady-state casting technology and thin material stable rolling technology. Through technological innovation, the unit consumption of passivation magnesium for hot metal desulphurization decreased by 0.007kg / (t · s), the average sulfur remelting capacity decreased by 0.0006%, the lime consumption of converter decreased by 9.67kg / t, and the consumption of steel materials decreased 8.32kg / t; the proportion of the total mass fraction of C, S, N and Ti in the non-oriented silicon steel of not more than 80 × 10 -6 was 93.6% and the TO mass fraction was less than 20 × 10 -6 (93.5%). The passing rate of no more than 50 × 10 ~ (-6) Als and the mass fraction of nitrogen increasing less than 3 × 10 ~ (-6) during the casting process were 97.69% and 98.58%, respectively. Thin specifications (thickness of not more than 2.0mm) hot-rolled products monthly output reached 82,800 t / month.
