本文分别以欧美杨AS-AQ浆为研究对象,探讨添加过氧化氢、二甲基亚砜、氨基磺酸、葡萄糖等四种助剂,对减少二氧化氯漂白用氯量起到的作用。研究结果表明:当用氯量为1.0%时,各种助剂的最佳用量为,过氧化氢0.4%~0.6%、二甲基亚砜1.0%、氨基磺酸1.0%、葡萄糖1.0%;当四种助剂用量相同时,添加过氧化氢的纸浆性质最好,二甲基亚砜的最差;对后续DEPP漂白,未添加助剂的用氯量为1.4%时,添加助剂过氧化氢、二甲基亚砜、氨基磺酸、葡萄糖可节约用氯量分别为:0.2%、0.6%、0.6%、0.1%,其中添加过氧化氢和葡萄糖比对照浆的白度略高,添加二甲基亚砜和氨基磺酸比对照浆白度低1%ISO左右。
