目的探讨20AA复方氨基酸注射液(丰诺安)+大剂量维生素B_6新疗法对创伤性凝血功能障碍动物模型凝血功能的影响。方法实验动物为雄性SD鼠24只,随机分为假手术组、生理盐水组以及新疗法治疗组,每组8只。采用Feeney’s自由落体硬膜外撞击法加大腿骨折与放血制作大鼠多发伤模型,颈静脉插管输注20AA复方氨基酸注射液(丰诺安)+大剂量维生素B_6,生理盐水组输注等量的生理盐水,24 h后,检测大鼠的凝血功能变化。结果治疗后新疗法治疗组与生理盐水组比较,血栓弹力图R值新疗法治疗组[(2.24±0.68)min]显著低于生理盐水组[(3.21±0.30)min],(t=-0.98,P<0.05);血栓弹力图Angle值新疗法治疗组[(81.98±1.78)deg]显著高于生理盐水组[(79.54±2.13)deg],(t=2.43,P<0.05)。传统凝血试验结果:凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)新疗法治疗组均比生理盐水组低,而纤维蛋白原(FIB)新疗法治疗组高于生理盐水组,但其差异不显著。结论 20AA复方氨基酸注射液(丰诺安)+维生素B_6联用能够明显改善创伤后大鼠凝血功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of 20AA compound amino acid injection (Fengnuo An) + high-dose vitamin B_6 therapy on the coagulation function of an animal model of traumatic coagulopathy. Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, saline group and new therapy group, with 8 rats in each group. Feeney’s free-fall epidural bursting method was used to make the model of multiple traumatic injury in rats with thigh fracture and bleeding. The rats were infused with 20 AA compound amino acid injection (Fengnuo An) and high-dose vitamin B_6 After 24 h, the changes of coagulation function in rats were detected. Results Compared with saline group, the value of thromboelastometry R value new therapy group [(2.24 ± 0.68) min] was significantly lower than that of saline group [(3.21 ± 0.30) min], (t = -0.98 , P <0.05). The value of Angle value of thrombus elasticity in treatment group [(81.98 ± 1.78) deg] was significantly higher than that of saline group [(79.54 ± 2.13) deg] (t = 2.43, P <0.05). The results of the traditional coagulation test showed that the new therapy group of prothrombin time (PT), active partial thromboplastin time (APTT), and thrombin time (TT) was lower than that of normal saline group, while the treatment of fibrinogen (FIB) Group than the saline group, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion 20AA compound amino acid injection (Feng Nuoan) combined with vitamin B_6 can significantly improve the coagulation function in traumatic rats.
