Today’s international football have such a group of players, their strength has long been recognized, but also the main candidate of their respective national team. However, in those clubs who are willing to pay large transfer fees and high salaries for them, these players often miss the main status without injury and become a group of people who can only have long-term relationships with the bench and even stands . This is certainly not a good sign for either the club that pays a huge financial price or the player who is hungry for a limited career. But in reality, this situation appears more and more frequently, such as last season’s Champions League top scorer Morientes, currently playing in the Real Madrid substitute are rare opportunities. The reasons that lead to these players are not unique, but in summary, the culprit is nothing more than the idea of the club operation, coach preferences and internal atmosphere of the team three major crux.
