自１９６７年“埃拉特”号驱逐舰被导弹击沉时起．世界各国海军都非常关注对反舰导弹的防御问题。作为对反舰导弹进行末段防御的近距武器系统已广泛装备各种战舰。随着反舰导弹的发展，新的近距武器系统相继出现。除炮基系统外，小型防空导弹也要求承担这一任务。
Since the 1967 “Eilat” destroyer was sunk by missile. Navy countries in the world are very concerned about the anti-ship missile defense issues.
