When online video is seen as targeting only younger audiences, research shows it has a much broader audience. According to research released by comScore Networks and Streamingmedia.com in December last year, consumers between the ages of 35 and 54 watched online video in 2005 by 45%. The study also shows that people 35- to 54-year-old love to watch online video as a percentage of average Internet users by 20%.
