患者，男，53岁。因肛门部肿痛半月，阴囊肿痛1周入院。体格检查：体温39℃，肛旁左侧可见皮肤红肿约10.0cm×4.0cm大小包块，延伸至阴囊，无波动感。阴囊红肿，左侧睾丸肿大。
